Our founder, based in the United Kingdom, experienced first hand the complexities of managing property in Jamaica from abroad. Like many overseas owners, coordination often relied on informal arrangements intended to bridge the distance.
Over time, it became clear that goodwill alone cannot sustain long term property oversight. What was missing was structure, defined roles, measurable accountability, and disciplined coordination.
Island Guard was established to provide exactly that: UK level strategic oversight combined with trusted, on ground execution across Jamaica.
